  • Workforce transformation

    The Hertfordshire and West Essex ICS People Strategy provides a transformational agenda between 2023 to 2025. It sets out a road map to ensure the supply and retention of a skilled, sustainable workforce.

  • Population health management

    Population health management help our Integrated Care System improve Population Health which is about the physical and mental health of our communities.

  • Hertfordshire and West Essex Local Maternity and Neonatal System

    The Local Maternity and Neonatal System (LMNS) is made up of everyone involved in maternity and neonatal services, including pregnant patients and families. Our aim is to improve people's care and experience when using maternity and neonatal services, so that it is safe, personalised, and based around their needs.

  • Digital Strategy 2022-2032

    Our digital strategy sets out how health and care organisations across Hertfordshire and west Essex will use technology to improve patient care over the next decade. It includes plans to strengthen our workforce’s digital skills, share information to improve care and help people to access online services.
