Standards of Business Conduct and Conflicts of Interest Policy

The Standards of Business Conduct policy describes the standards and public service values which underpin the work of the NHS and reflects current guidance.

Records management and information lifecycle management policy

This policy relates to Hertfordshire and West Essex Integrated Care Board (ICB). Records Management and Information Lifecycle relate to the policies, processes, practices, services and tools used by an organisation to manage its information through every phase of its existence, from creation to destruction.

Telecoms Policy

This policy sets out the commitment of the Organisation to ensure that telephony services are adhered to in order to preserve the confidentiality, integrity and availability of all telecommunications.

Acceptable use policy

This policy sets out the commitment of the organisation to preserve the confidentiality, integrity and availability of communications and to ensure that these are effectively and lawfully managed.

Mobile Device Security Policy

This policy sets out the Organisation’s position on the use of mobile devices in order to minimise the risks of unauthorised disclosure, modification, removal or destruction of the Organisation’s information assets.

HBL ICT registration authority policy

This document lays out the RA Policy requirements that HBL ICT Services Registration Authority adheres to. It is based on the National Registration Authority Policy v2.4. This ensures that patients are confident that their medical records are kept safe, secure and confidential in line with The Care Record Guarantee for England.

Fit and Proper Person Test Policy

The Fit and Proper Persons Regulations (FPPR) were introduced in response to concerns raised following investigations into Mid Staffordshire NHS Foundation Trust and Winterbourne View Hospital.
