This policy aims to explain how NHS Hertfordshire and West Essex Integrated Care Board (ICB) intends to tackle economic crime following the NHS Counter Fraud Authority (NHSCFA) Strategy guidelines. It provides guidance and ensures employees are able to recognise economic crime and understand the correct reporting requirements.
This document lays out the RA Policy requirements that HBL ICT Services Registration Authority adheres to. It is based on the National Registration Authority Policy v2.4. This ensures that patients are confident that their medical records are kept safe, secure and confidential in line with The Care Record Guarantee for England.
