Information Request Policy

The purpose of this policy and the procedures outlined within is to define the steps that must be taken when receiving information request, set a clear and consistent standard for managing information requests, and ensure legal compliance in relation to information requests. It is aimed at all staff and those working for or with Hertfordshire and West Essex Integrated Care Board.
