Richard Cassidy is the Chief Executive of East Herts Council and has developed his 35-year career within local authorities in London and the Southeast.
Richard is a Chartered Environmental Health Practitioner and has worked in a number of public health related roles.
He has particular interests in supporting community engagement, coaching and mentoring as well advocating for environmental and public health issues. He currently represents the Hertfordshire Chief Executives Group on the Herts Health and Wellbeing Board and the ICP.
