Frances Shattock

Frances previously worked at NHS England and NHS Improvement as Director of Strategic Transformation. At NHSE/I she was responsible for relationship management and oversight of performance which included four acute trusts, three mental health trusts, one community trust and five CCGs.  Prior to that, Francis was Director of Delivery and Improvement at NHS England, with oversight of 12 Trusts. She has previously worked at Deloitte for a number of years.
