Dr Rachel Joyce is a medical doctor, who is both a GP and a public health consultant by background. She has previously worked as a Director of Public Health and a Medical Director in Bedfordshire.
From October 2020 until June 2022, Rachel was the Director of Clinical and Professional Services for the ICS and Hertfordshire and West Essex CCGs. Rachel has particular expertise in ensuring services are as safe and effective as possible, wellbeing and the prevention and early identification of illness. She is passionate about improving treatment pathways for patients and getting better outcomes for our population.
