Dr Jane Halpin is a qualified Public Health doctor with over 25 years’ experience in the NHS in the area, including roles as a Medical Director, PCT Chief Executive and NHS England Area Director.
Jane was most recently the accountable officer for Hertfordshire and west Essex’s three clinical commissioning groups. She is passionate about developing modern, joined-up, high quality health and care services for the benefits of residents and staff.
