Charlotte was appointed as Chief Executive of Citizens Advice Stevenage in 2019 having joined the service as a volunteer in 2014.
Charlotte is motivated by harnessing different strengths and skills through collaboration, to generate the best results. With experience supporting residents through the design and creation of services that address the wider determinants of health.
She is the project manager for Citizens Advice Hertfordshire, VCFSE representative for the Joint Strategic Commissioning Board, Member of the Stevenage Development Board and Chair of the Stevenage Social Inclusion Partnership, one of the first ‘inter-agency’ groups in Stevenage.
She was elected to the VCFSE Alliance steering group and to the role of Vice Chair following its formation in June 2022.
She is a passionate VCFSE representative and has experience coordinating and relaying the sector voice. She represents the needs and voices from different organisations as a collective, drawing out the shared views and differences.
In her spare time, she loves to be outside listening to music.
