The report highlights some of the developments we’ve made over the last year including establishing a patient engagement forum, a youth council, a quality patient group, and appointing citizens’ representatives to the Primary Care Transformation Committee.
It also explains how we have engaged with patients and the public to develop our new website, as well as supporting patient input into areas such as UTIs, returning to work after a stroke, and diabetes.
It also outlines how we are working with other organisations including Healthwatch Hertfordshire and Healthwatch Essex, supporting the development of practice patient groups, and empowering patients through initiatives such as Cancel out Cancer. Read the Patient Engagement Report.
