If so, you are invited to join a special event for carers on Tuesday 18 March hosted by St Clare Hospice in Hastingwood, Harlow.
Come and meet representatives from local organisations dedicated to supporting unpaid carers like you – including Alzheimer’s Society and Action for Family Carers – who can answer all your questions as well as offer practical advice and emotional support.
This free drop-in event, open to all unpaid carers, will take place between 10am and 4pm.
