The Essex Joint Committee has been established as part of the transition towards creating a proposed single Essex Integrated Care Board from April 2026. The three ICBs that form the committee are:
- NHS Hertfordshire and West Essex Integrated Care Board
- NHS Mid and South Essex Integrated Care Board
- NHS Suffolk and North East Essex Integrated Care Board
The meeting will focus on transitional governance arrangements, aligning priorities across the county, and preparing for the proposed establishment of a new ICB. Members of the public are welcome to attend and observe the proceedings.
The Essex Joint Committee will take in Function Room 1 at Barleylands Park in Billericay. The Joint Committee will also be live streamed and can be watched via YouTube.

The meeting is being held as a meeting in public. Members of the public cannot comment or ask questions during the Joint Committee meeting but can submit questions on specific agenda items in advance, which may be answered during the meeting. Where appropriate, any questions not answered will be responded to separately at a later date.

- By train -The nearest Train Stations are Billericay and Basildon. From both stations you can take the number 100 bus which stops outside Barleylands.
