Accessible via the Get involved section of our website, the Insight bank is a searchable collection of insights, survey results, and reports that we – along with our partners across the system – have gathered through engagement with our communities. It reflects what people think about the services they use and how they believe we can make them better.
Whether it’s patient feedback, survey results, or insight from local engagement events, the Insight bank provides a powerful tool for people to access what local residents think and feel about their health and wellbeing. From general practice, mental health or pharmacy to perimenopause and diabetes support, the Insight bank makes it easy to find what you’re looking for as you can use filters to search by:
- topic
- location
- audience group
- type of research (eg focus group or interview)
- date of survey.
If you work with an organisation that has collected insights from residents in Hertfordshire and west Essex, we’d love to include them. Simply complete an insight bank form to submit your request.
