If you are a parent or carer of children and young people living in Hertfordshire and west Essex we want to hear your experiences on getting dental care for them.
Hertfordshire and West Essex ICB has commissioned Healthwatch to carry out a survey and find out how often children are visiting the dentist and identify what may be stopping them get the dental care they need.
The research will also look at ways dental surgeries can be more child and family friendly and find out what information, support and resources would help parents look after their child’s oral health.
You can share your experiences and thoughts by taking part in the Hertfordshire Healthwatch survey. It should only take ten minutes to complete and will remain open until 7 April 2025 or the west Essex survey being carried out by Healthwatch Essex which will remain open until 21 March.
The feedback will help shape improvements to dental services and ensure more accessible, family-friendly care.
