Herts Community NHS Trust (HCT) is seeking your views on what makes a good reception service, particularly your experiences using digital check-in systems.
They provide community healthcare services for adults and children at multiple locations across the East of England. They’re interested in your views and experiences of healthcare reception services, generally, including hospital and GP receptions, not just those related to HCT.
