The Essex Joint Committee has been established as part of the transition towards creating a single Essex Integrated Care Board from April 2026. The three ICBs that form the committee are:
- NHS Hertfordshire and West Essex Integrated Care Board
- NHS Mid and South Essex Integrated Care Board
- NHS Suffolk and North East Essex Integrated Care Board
The meeting will focus on transitional governance arrangements, aligning priorities across the county, and preparing for the proposed establishment of a new ICB. Members of the public are welcome to attend and observe the proceedings.
The Essex Joint Committee will take place at Latton Hall in Harlow.

The meeting is being held as a meeting in public. Members of the public are welcome to attend and listen. While there isn’t an opportunity to comment or ask questions during the meeting, the public can submit questions in advance which may be answered during the meeting. Where appropriate, any questions not answered will be responded to separately at a later date.

Attending the meetings in person
This meeting will be held at Latton Hall, Latton Bush Centre, Southern Way, Harlow, CM18 7BL
Latton Hall includes free parking on site and a cafe with free wifi.
Getting there
The nearest train stations are Harlow Mill Station about 1.6 miles away and Harlow Town Station at about 1.8 miles.
It takes around 25-35 minutes by bus from Harlow Town to Latton Hall. The number 10 bus from the station is every 20-25 minutes and takes you to Harlow’s main bus station. Several buses head towards Latton Hall from the bus station, including the number 27 and 723, all include a short walk.
Alternatively, it takes about 35-40 minutes to walk to Latton Hill from Harlow Mill Station.
