Observing the two-minute silence at 11am is a small way to show our respect for the fallen and pay tribute to those who serve in the Armed Forces.
And as part of the Armed Forces Covenant the ICB is also committed to supporting the Armed Forces Community all year round to ensure veterans and serving members are able to access the health and care services they need with dignity and respect.
As part of this work, the ICB has developed OpCommunity, which provides members of the Armed Forces Community with a single point of contact for their health and social care needs.
Other support includes OpCourage, a specialist mental health service, and veteran-friendly GP practices. The ICB has met the target to have at least one veteran-friendly GP practice in all our Primary Care Networks (PCNs).
