Pam joined the ICB as Director for Neighbourhood Health and Partnerships (Cambridgeshire and Peterborough) from Mid and South Essex ICB, where she was Alliance Director for Basildon and Brentwood and Executive Director for Primary Care.
She is also a senior honorary lecturer at University of Essex in Physiotherapy.
A physiotherapist by profession, Pam has worked in many senior health roles across the East of England. Pam is passionate about neighbourhood working and the role of primary care and the voluntary sector to improve the experience of our citizens and reduce their utilisation of services, through building really strong partnerships.
