Do you look after someone, perhaps a family member, friend or neighbour, who is unable to manage without your help?
If so, you are invited to join a special event for carers hosted by St Clare Hospice in Hastingwood, Harlow.
Come and meet representatives from local organisations dedicated to supporting unpaid carers like you – including Alzheimer’s Society and Action for Family Carers – who can answer all your questions as well as offer practical advice and emotional support.
This free event, open to all unpaid carers, will take place between 10am and 4pm and you can drop-in at any time.
